Account Registration & Verification
To open an account with Zee 18, you must provide accurate and complete information. Zee 18 reserves the right to verify any details submitted during registration.

- Date of birth (for 18+ verification)
- A strong password (minimum 8 characters)

Account Verification (KYC)
For large withdrawals or in certain circumstances, Zee 18 may require identity verification. Any one of the following documents may be requested:

- Passport
- Driving License
After registration, a verification code will be sent to your mobile number. Once entered correctly, your account will be activated and you'll have full access to all Zee 18 services.
Betting Rules

Bet Cancellation & Changes
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Once an event has started, no new bets are accepted other than live bets.
- If an event is cancelled, the full bet amount will be refunded.
- Zee 18 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error affecting the outcome.
- When odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed remain in effect.
Payment & Transaction Terms
All payment activity on Zee 18 is secure and transparent. Specific rules apply to both deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳200.
- Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
- No additional charges on deposits.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳ 500.
- Withdrawals are processed within a maximum of 24 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals will be put on hold while an account is under investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Terms

Account Cancellation & Suspension
Zee 18 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion. That said, accounts are typically suspended or terminated for the following reasons:
